What a fantastic poem. Not sure I could explain why, but I feel so happy for the saint / player character.

the fact that you fake out with only going to the left being the right decision is incredible, cause it makes me feel like i lose the entire story that i missed if i had gone to the right, trick the gamer into feeling everythign new again. reminds me the first time i played magic wand by thecatamites, that i went into the second town ...

MAGIC WAND SPOILERS AHEAD
and like, that was right after you unlock the overworld, which feel like, woah, this game is massive, then you go into the town, and kinda progress into another overworld, so it just feels like you miught've missed out on like an entire other storyline had you entered a different town in the beginning, but turns out there's only really one way forwards (which i only learned of 2 years later when i saw another firend play it)

really good stuff, i've been really loving all this work you;ve been putting out recently, its really inspiring to see this happening, and it makes me want to do something similar, have some sort of quick elegant practice again, i used to have one, but never got to be able to do a thing daily without it being insanely exerting. but im getting there. beautiful work
